By using ziffy.co, you agree to the following:

1. Platform Nature
   • Ziffy is an online marketplace where independent sellers list items for sale. We facilitate transactions but do not own the goods.
2. User Accounts
   • You must be 18+ to sell. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
3. Prohibited Items
   • Counterfeit goods, illegal products, and items banned under UAE law are strictly prohibited.
4. Payments
   • Payments are processed in AED via our approved partners. Ziffy charges a seller commission of [X% + AED X] per sale.
5. Delivery
   • Orders must be shipped within the stated handling time. Buyers will receive estimated delivery times at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
   • Fashion resale items are generally final sale.
   • Buyers can claim a refund if an item is counterfeit or not as described.
7. Disputes
   • We mediate disputes; our decision is final based on evidence.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Ziffy.
9. Governing Law
   • These terms are governed by UAE law.
