Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy
   • Due to the nature of fashion resale, most sales are final. Exceptions apply for:
     • • Items not as described in the listing.
     • • Counterfeit items.
2. Return Process
   • Buyers must open a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Provide clear photos as proof.
   • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 3 days using the provided return label.
3. Refund Timeline
   • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
   • Items marked “Final Sale” in the listing.
   • Items damaged by the buyer after delivery.
